About Me
My creative process involves working with physical materials in a slow meditative practice. My work is entirely made by my own human hands. The only machines in sight are my camera and my laptop which allow me to digitize my work using Adobe Photoshop. Sometimes I sell what I make.
My inspiration comes from walking in museums, gardens, and shorelines. I explore the textures and stories that live in physical objects made with other human hands. I also love flowers, and could draw them all day.
I have degrees in history and graphic design, and when I’m not in the studio, I am either in the library with a book and a cup of tea, or in the garden fussing over the flowers. My gardening goal is to have as many daffodils in my yard as possible.
